A: Please remove all jewellery and make up (if possible) prior to your service. If you prefer to use your own cleanser and moisturiser, please bring them along.
A: If you are running late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you however we might have to reschedule your appointment. Please see our cancellation policy.
A: Please cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance to allow other guests ample time to schedule appointments in your absence. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or “no shows” may be required to reserve their next appointment with a credit card. If the customer cancels without giving 24hr notice then they will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Treatments scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment price if cancelled or “no show.”
A: Appointments in advance are preferred and should be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to guarantee availability. However, we recognise that it is not always possible to have advance notice so we will try to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
A: Yes, at Nakota MediSpa we are certified technicians by the technology providers. In addition, we are an incorporated business which is appropriately insured and approved by Health Ontario for meeting all health regulation requirements. The certificates can be viewed in the Spa.
A: Nakota MediSpa is a home based business and as such the overhead costs are not as high. Working in skin care is our passion and as such by keeping our costs low, we both win. This means a better price and experience for our guests along with a friendly, safe, relaxing and pleasant environment where you get personalized treatments at affordable prices.
A: In general, our regular prices are well below the market prices in Ottawa and our specials are lower than many ‘package’ prices that require advance payment on multiple treatments. We believe that there should be no need to outlay large amounts of monies up front to get the best prices. Our philosophy is that the latest technology that makes us look and feel beautiful should be affordable at all times anytime.
A: The spa is open 6 days a week; Monday – Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday – Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are always open for appointments outside these time, Sundays and Holidays. Nakota MediSpa is home based and as such we are easily accessible.
